Villa sul mare Cap d'Antibes
Villa sul mare
Mediterranean luxury
A dream villa, entirely rebuilt and reinvented in an eclectic and modern key.
The slightly promontory onto which this charming three-storey jewel stands, overlooks the sea of Cap d’Antibes. The propitious position and the 270° view over a breath-taking panorama, further enhance the spectacular effect of this complete reconstruction, which began with the demolition of the previous building.

The more ambitious the design, the greater the challenges. Nevertheless the attention to detail do not diminishes.
Living and Dining
A single open space incorporates the kitchen, dining area and TV relaxation area, while the black stained oak staircase allows access to the upper floors. Continuity between spaces increasingly characterizes modern environment, hence it is essential to be able to harmonize all materials in the most accurate way. The kitchen is in white Eucalyptus wood with its working area clad with black Lava stone. The freestanding custom sink made with burnished brass, marble top and doors in Italian Walnut. The freestanding chopping board made to measure, its Italian Walnut top assembled with solid sections.
Next to the kitchen we created a piece of furniture with a geometric decoration of squares and circles, made in Indian Rosewood whose grain direction recalls the trends of the decoration. The Italian walnut TV bookcase houses the fireplace with its frame made of black Lava stone. Giving the piece of joinery further elegance and lightness, the opening of the doors occurs by means of invisible pivot hinges.
Bedrooms
We created the wardrobes in Italian Walnut for the guest bedroom. Their doors opening with pivot hinges and with polished nickel custom handles. The door leading to the bathroom is at flush with the surrounding cabinets. Bathroom cabinet as well in Italian Walnut. Master dressing wardrobe with pearl black lacquered wooden frame and glass structure and doors. Children’s wardrobe lined with blue leather and bookcase with top in national walnut and leather lined shelves sitting on rails at flush with the wall. Wall clad with Bamboo panelling displayed cross grain.
Activities
Conceiving and manufacturing the bar cabinet on the terrace top of the villa required careful research in terms of materials. All this, in order to ensure endurance under atmospheric agents, to saltiness in particular. In agreement with the architect, we opted for Lebanese Cedar for the external surfaces: the panels eventually applied to the structural frame, specially designed by our technical team.
