Refinement, eclecticism and preciousness of the materials are this project founding elements
Entrance
The preciousness of the materials is striking right from the entrance. In this case, the choice of the architect, made possible by the support of our team, was oriented towards white Sycamore wood, whose colour fading from light to dark. A coating with mirror-polished clear varnish brings out the iridescent grain of the Sycamore. Other panels framed by burnished metal surfaces, give further proof of design refinement.
Living room
A panelling cladding the entire wall integrates different furnishing accessories: TV cabinet with sliding door, bar cabinet and music cabinet. The high gloss lacquered India Rosewood boasts a composition of parchment-lined tiles, whose fine colour shade is the result of a dedicated research carried out in our in-house lacquer shop. The decorative bevelled mirrors manufactured bespoke in Murano under our direction and supervision throughout the process. Simonetto offered coordination activity including the work of other suppliers, such of the artist who created the etched crystal panels, in fact in compliance to the drawings developed by our technical office.
Dining room
The China-cabinet features burnished brass structural parts and frames, with custom handles and pivot hinges integrated invisibly into their frames. Concealed LED lights illuminate the cabinet smoked mirror backs gifting further elegance to this bespoke manufactured piece of furniture. The architectural elements fit into a niche carved out a backlit wall built with marble slabs composed by Obsidian scales.
Study
Panelling and cabinets are in Indian Rosewood, high gloss varnished. The doors, hinged with invisible pivots, have a burnished metal frame. The overall composition made more precious by the choice of custom handles and decorative burnished metal trims, fastened with visible studs onto the glossy wooden surfaces. The bar tray has been the subject of dedicated design, made to measure in burnished bronze and sitting recessed at flush with the top of the bookcase featuring glass shelves. The TV cabinet is also at flush with the panelling, while the two side cabinets have doors framing bevelled bronze mirrors.
Master bedroom
The wall behind the bed is clad with a composition of burnished mirrors and bevelled Murano mirrors, manufactured under our technical direction like those in the living room. The TV cabinet is in high gloss varnished Indian Rosewood, with fluted doors and custom burnished brass handles.
Other bedrooms
The concept is repeating in these rooms, where we find high gloss varnished India Rosewood with bevelled burnished mirrors, custom metal handles and trims. LED lighting integrated into the cabinets.
Activities
Two phases represented main turn-points in this one, as in many of our projects. Firstly, sourcing the materials in their best quality choice. This apartment in particular, can boast the top quality level of the selected Indian Rosewood, whose grain changes from brown to red and to dark purple. Secondly, the management of the production process, all our products entirely built in our workshop at first in a raw condition. Eventually disassembled, treated in varnishing process and finally reassembled to receive the quality test before delivering on site.
