Custom furniture works

Belgravia

Think big, even in small.

A small design gem in one of the most exclusive areas of London.

An apartment not too big in size, but certainly not in the expectations of the architect who renovated it. In fact, quality is not a matter of square meters and the Simonetto team was required to keep the level of luxury at its highest in the creation of its furnishings and panelling.

Year: 2016

Location: London

Design: Roy Farrel

The architect wanted to give a modern touch to the furnishings, while maintaining historical coherence with the building.

living and dining

The room is a single open space with an entrance in dark stained and glossy lacquered Indian Rosewood. A design wise relevant piece of furniture: the entrance screen, made out of two crystal slabs coupled with a selected tissue in order to create the desired semi-transparency effect and decorated with a motif of polished nickel trims. The kitchen is becoming invisible by means of a system of retractable sliding doors and ready to use only when needed. The kitchen cupboards treated with polyester resin, the top and splashback in marble and smoked mirror. The bookcase with TV cabinet is in polyester resin Indian Rosewood with decorative polished nickel trimming and custom-made handles. The central oval table is in Rosewood, silver leaf top in a high gloss varnish and a glass shelf.

Master bedroom

Cabinets and wall panelling are in white Sycamore wood with polished nickel trims and integrated custom handles. Bed, bedside tables and headboard are also in white Sycamore wood and upholstered with suede.

As we always do, the pre-assembling process in our workshop of all pieces of joinery and furniture is a fundamental step preceding delivery on site. This way our skilled personnel can verify and if necessary refine any detail, avoiding any problems at the time of actual fitting on site.
